    How does this set-up handle ground water in a downpour? Just curious.

      This is a purely theoretical answer: camp in a sheltered sloped site, tie the sides down low, use a ground cloth. The bivy should protect from some splash that gets under the sides. I’ll find out how that works the first time it rains, eh?
